Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our business office is open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. However, we offer service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!
Q: Do you sell to the public?
A: Yes. We will even deliver and/or install your equipment in your home. And, of course, we’ll service it when needed as well.
Q: What type of products does Best Refrigeration Co., Inc., Sales & Service offer?
A: Our sales team offers some of the highest quality product lines available, including Hoshizaki, Electro Freeze, Master-Bilt, Nuova Simonelli Espresso equipment and 3M water filtration.
Q: What happens if something needs to be repaired or serviced?
A: We’ll be glad to come out. Just give us a call and we’ll get you on our schedule.
Before you call, make sure the unit is a commercial piece of equipment, as we don’t work on residential appliances such as Kenmore, Kelvinator, and so on. Once you’ve done that, call us, tell us what the problem is, where you are and we’ll be out as soon as we can. Most service calls are completed within 24 hours, and often within the same business day. For critical units, such as a walk in freezer or cooler, we’ll be there in a few hours!
Q: How many service technicians does Best Refrigeration Co., Inc., Sales & Service have on staff?
A: Currently we have eight service techs. Our technicians are manufacturer trained and certified to deliver top notch service support.
Q: What area do you service?

Q: Do you work on residential equipment, such as refrigerators, freezers, etc.?
A: No. We work strictly on commercial equipment. However, if you have a commercial espresso machine, commercial ice machine, refrigerator, freezer, etc. in your home, we will service that equipment. Lots of high end homes now have commercial equipment installed in the kitchen, which we’re glad to service for you.
Q: Do you work on fryers, exhaust hoods, microwaves, etc.?
A: No. Our area of expertise is in equipment that keeps food cold, like reach in refrigerators and freezers, walk in’s, prep tables, ice machines, work tops, soft serve, and more. Though, being that we like coffee and sweets, we will also service espresso machines, coffee grinders, slush machines, margarita machines, and so on.
Q: Do you service after hours & on the weekends?
A: Yes, we have 24 hour service, 365 days a year.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. We take all major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
