What are your hours of operation?
Our business office is open Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. However, we offer service 24-hours-a-day, 365 days a year!

You can call our main number 417-866-2246 or 1-800-772-4026 any time of day. Most service calls are completed within 24 hours and often within the same business day. For critical units, such as a walk-in freezer or cooler, we’ll be there within a few hours!
Do you service residential appliances such as those manufactured by Kenmore and Kelvinator?
We do not service residential appliances, only commercial equipment by most major manufacturers such as Hoshizaki, Electro Freeze, Nuova Simonelli, and CUNO 3M. If your home has commercial equipment (many high-end homes do), then we can provide service. Can individuals purchase your commercial equipment for their homes?
Yes absolutely. We will even deliver and install your equipment as well as offer service when needed.
What types of equipment does Best Refrigeration offer?
We offer a wide variety of high-quality commercial products such as: Ice machines, dispensers and storage bins; reach-in and walk-in refrigeration units; sushi display cases; ice cream machines; frozen yogurt machines; slush and frozen cocktail machines; shake machines; coffee and espresso machines; and water filtration systems for coffee, espresso, steamers, and combination ovens.
Do you service fryers, exhaust hoods, microwaves, etc.?

Are you able to find parts and install them for me?

Yes. All of our technicians are manufacturer trained and certified to deliver top-notch service support.

Yes. The best way to prevent an emergency repair is through preventative maintenance. We offer a Peak Performance Service Agreement that provides year-round check-ups for your equipment, allowing you peace of mind knowing your equipment is in perfect working order.
